Registration Rates

Full Conference Registration

Your full conference registration gains you access to all conference activities on October 12 - 13 (starting at 12:15 p.m on October 12). An optional box lunch during the Networking Lunch on Thursday is available for $27 via the registration process. Registration can be processed via the registration button above or via a manual PDF registration form.

MCN Member Rates

  • Super Saver Rate: $169 for MCN members only (by July 9)
  • Early Bird Rate: $199 for MCN members only (by August 9)
  • Standard Rate: $229 for members (by Sept. 24)
  • Late/on site: $259 for members (after Sept. 24)

MCN Non-Member Rates

Scholarships

MCN strives to ensure this conference is accessible to all nonprofits, regardless of size or ability to pay. To this end, many individuals are eligible for significant partial scholarships (see the scholarship page for details). All scholarship applications must be received by 8 a.m. on Monday, September 25. Team Registration - Register 3, Get 1 Free

Register three people from the same organization at once and the fourth registration is free! To register online, one person will login to their MCN account and you will add colleagues to your group - your fourth colleague will be free! You may also use the manual PDF registration and fax/mail the form to MCN.

Optional Thursday Box Lunch (additional charge)

This year, we’re offering an on-site lunch option for Thursday, before the official conference begins. We're making Thursday's lunch an optional “add on” to the conference. Buy a box lunch via the conference registration process or eat lunch ahead of time and just come to network before the opening keynote. Tickets for purchased lunches will be with your nametag at the registration table. Bring your lunch ticket to the table inside the ballroom anytime between 11 - 11:30 a.m. to pick up your box lunch. Meals must be purchased ahead of time.

Friday Networking Lunch and Awards Ceremony Only (included in full conference registration)

Registration Policies and Accommodation Requests

Registrants who are unable to attend the conference may substitute someone to attend in their place; please submit the change via email to MCN's registrar. Cancellations received by September 25, will receive a refund minus a $35 processing fee. No refunds are available after September 25. See our full Registration Policies.

Accommodation Requests

Plenty of standard and vegetarian meals will be provided, including vegan/gluten-free options (please, ask a server if you have questions on the day of the conference).

A new mother's room and a prayer space will be provided (please check the conference program on-site for details about locations).

MCN strives to ensure that this conference is accessible to all individuals. If you have accommodation requests, such as sign language interpreters or other accessibility requirements, please submit your request during the online registration process or via email at events@minnesotanonprofits.org. Although we will attempt to meet all accessibility requests, requests submitted after September 25 may not be fulfilled.

Breakout Room Seating Policy

Conference registration guarantees access to a choice of breakout sessions at different times throughout the conference schedule. However, conference registration does not guarantee a seat in any of the individual breakout sessions. Breakout rooms are assigned in advance of the conference. The safety of conference attendees is always a primary concern, and may include closing a room if attendance exceeds the room capacity. We encourage early arrival to the breakout sessions to help ensure that a seat is available.
