MCN's conference dates are set each year, based around larger events which hold priority at the Saint Paul RiverCentre. This year, our conference falls during Give to the Max Day, November 15. We have changed our schedule to host a shorter day on Day 2, to allow for more flexibility for those with GTMD obligations. We'll have tables for you to set up your laptop between sessions, grab a coffee, and work on your campaign. It's our hope that many nonprofit professionals will be able to participate in both events.

Full Conference Registration

MCN Member Rates

  • Super Saver Rate: $169 for MCN members only (by August 6)

  • Early Bird Rate: $199 for MCN members only (by September 6)

  • Standard Rate: $229 for members (by November 6)

  • Late/on site: $269 for members (after November 6)

MCN Non-Member Rates

  • Standard Rate: $269 for nonmembers (by November 6)

  • Late/on site: $309 for nonmembers (after November 6)

Scholarships

MCN strives to ensure this conference is accessible to all nonprofits, regardless of size or ability to pay. To this end, many individuals are eligible for significant partial scholarships (see the scholarship page for details). All scholarship applications must be received by 8 a.m. on Monday, October 29.

Registration Policies and Accommodation Requests

Registrants who are unable to attend the conference may send a substitute to attend in their place; please submit the change via email to MCN's registrar. Cancellations received by October 24, will receive a refund minus a $35 processing fee. No refunds are available after October 24. See our full Registration Policies.

Accommodation Requests

Plenty of standard and vegetarian meals will be provided, including vegan/gluten-free options (please, ask a server if you have questions on the day of the conference).

A new mother's room and a prayer space will be provided (please check the conference program on-site for details about locations).

MCN strives to ensure that this conference is accessible to all individuals. If you have accommodation requests, such as sign language interpreters or other accessibility requirements, please submit your request during the online registration process or via email at events@minnesotanonprofits.org. Although we will attempt to meet all accessibility requests, requests submitted after October 24 may not be fulfilled.

Breakout Room Seating Policy

Conference registration guarantees access to a choice of breakout sessions at different times throughout the conference schedule. However, conference registration does not guarantee a seat in any of the individual breakout sessions. Breakout rooms are assigned in advance of the conference. The safety of conference attendees is always a primary concern, and may include closing a room if attendance exceeds the room capacity. We encourage early arrival to the breakout sessions to help ensure that a seat is available.
