Full Conference Registration
Registration for the 2024 MCN & MCF Joint Annual Conference will be administered based upon your organization type and most-common affiliation, either with the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits or the Minnesota Council on Foundations. If you have any questions regarding the appropriate registration, please contact info@minnesotanonprofits.org.
Non-grantmaking Nonprofits, Businesses, and Individuals
Non-grantmaking nonprofits are asked to register through the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits registration portal. This registration option includes MCN member and nonmember rates, Pay What You Can rates, and small- and large-team rates.
Foundations and Grantmaking Nonprofits
Foundations and grantmaking nonprofits are asked to register through the Minnesota Council on Foundations registration portal. This registration option includes MCF member and nonmember rates and small- and large-team rates.

COVID-19 Protocols and Policies
While COVID-19 remains with us despite the formal end to the national health emergency, we have reached a period in the pandemic where we possess more tools and resources than ever before to better protect ourselves and our communities.
MCN and MCF are no longer requiring masking at events; however, as we gather we recognize that our members, friends, and colleagues are coming from different personal circumstances. Therefore, we ask all event attendees to help us create a supportive environment for anyone wearing a mask, and we encourage all to feel free to wear a mask if needed to protect the health of the community, themselves, or the health of loved ones. MCN is also lifting its proof of vaccination/negative COVID-19 test requirement; however, if you feel ill or have a known recent exposure to the COVID-19 virus, please stay home.
Accommodation Requests
Plenty of standard and vegetarian meals will be provided, including vegan/gluten-free options (please, ask a server if you have questions on the day of the conference).
A nursing person's room and a prayer space will be provided (please check the conference program on-site for details about locations).
MCN strives to ensure that this conference is accessible to all individuals. If you have accommodation requests, such as sign language interpreters or other accessibility requirements, please submit your request during the online registration process or via email at events@minnesotanonprofits.org. Although we will attempt to meet all accessibility requests, requests submitted after September 8 may not be fulfilled.
Breakout Room Seating Policy
Conference registration guarantees access to a choice of breakout sessions at different times throughout the conference schedule. However, conference registration does not guarantee a seat in any of the individual breakout sessions. Breakout rooms are assigned in advance of the conference. The safety of conference attendees is always a primary concern, and may include closing a room if attendance exceeds the room capacity. We encourage early arrival to the breakout sessions to help ensure that a seat is available.
